Why didn’t Fife House Prices Crash in 2023?

In 2023, contrary to several grim forecasts, Fife’s housing market defied the anticipated 8% to 15% fall. Key factors cushioning the market included robust labour conditions, strategic lender policies, and stringent mortgage affordability testing.

This period presents an opportune moment for Fife homeowners and buyers to make informed, strategic decisions in an evolving market landscape. Read the article to find exactly what happened to Fife house prices in 2023 and what they probably will be by the end of the year.
