In 2015, Sophie made the move from Yorkshire to Scotland to embrace a new beginning. Starting off in retail within a customer services role in Dundee, then Kirkcaldy and Dunfermline it wasn’t long before her drive and determination paid off, being quickly promoted up the ranks to secure her first Management role. Her mantra, “Total commitment and effort to providing an outstanding customer service, will translate to a client for life, delivering value over the long term”.

The Pandemic hit and provided the perfect opportunity for Sophie to pivot and take on a new challenge in online shopping gaining many skills and knowledge.

Moving into her first home in the early 2022, she got a first-hand experience of the property market, and this was the start of a new chapter. With many transferable skills and an eagerness to learn and develop, Sophie joined Fife Properties on an intense mentorship programme.

In this time Sophie has worked closely with Scotland’s No.1 Estate Agent and Managing Director Jim Parker with the team to excel in her Estate Agency role. In a short space of time, Sophie has guided and supported many clients across Fife to sell their properties, while achieving a great price and helping them move forward with their property journey.
