With a passion for delivering outstanding customer service and driven to succeed in everything he does Sam Green is no stranger to success with over a decade of experience in all thing’s property.  

So, what’s Sam’s background?

Beginning over a decade ago, straight out of school Sam joined one of the main national high street agents, starting as an office assistant and quickly progressing to Sales and Lettings Negotiator. After a successful couple of years learning, falling in love with the industry and winning multiple awards within the company he worked for he was approached by a local solicitor/ estate agent to become a Property Valuer, then a few years later expanded his skill set in commercial property as a Business Valuer.

After a couple of years, it was only a matter of time, his first love, the residential property market beckoned again, and Sam became a Regional Valuation Manager with a well-known “Hybrid agent”.

Having a young family and wishing to work more locally Sam decided to join Fife Properties in 2020 which gave him the perfect vehicle to apply his wealth of experience and success he had already in the property sales market.

Outside of work Sam is a real family man, a devoted father and fiancé. He is also a fan of most sports but a keen follower of rugby (his playing days are behind him), a marathon runner and since working at Fife Properties, an aspiring triathlete.
