After successfully completing her Higher National Diploma in Legal Services, Kerin joined our property management team in 2016. Over the years, she has demonstrated exceptional dedication and commitment to her role, diligently building her knowledge base of our diverse property portfolio. Her expertise extends to ensuring the utmost satisfaction of both our valued tenants and esteemed landlords, guaranteeing they are content and satisfied within well-maintained and cared-for homes. During her time in property management, Kerin undertook various training courses including completing her level 3 certificate in Letting and Managing Residential property through the Charter Institute of Housing in 2017.  

Originally from Lundin Links, Kerin’s local knowledge has assisted in her transition from Property Manager to Letting Agent. As someone that loves her job, Kerin enjoys the diversity of properties our portfolio contains and embraces meeting new landlords to assist in securing them the right tenant. Her enthusiasm, coupled with her comprehensive local insights and extensive industry knowledge, adds immeasurable value to our team and to the overall experience of our clients.
