Jim Parker is no stranger to running successful business and being an award winner.

His mantra: “It’s all about delivering outstanding service and results for your clients and looking after them for the rest of their life. Making it happen, not watching it happen or wondering what the heck happened. This is a labour of love for which I am very passionate about and extremely privileged to do.”

For this very reason most of Jim’s business comes from referrals of delighted clients time and time again.

So what’s his background?

Initially training as an Accountant in his 20’s he has an early track record of achievement by winning Fife College’s outstanding student of the year 3 times. Following on from this he worked in many of Fife’s local manufacturing companies such as Pfaudler Balfour, Tullis Russell and ESA McIntosh which enabled him to excel to the position of Financial Director at 29 years old. During this time in his mid 20’s Jim got involved in property way before buy to let even existed and within 10 years this allowed him to retire at 38 years old and go on to build his own Estate & Letting Agency.

Now in his 50’s and over 20 years in buying and selling property Jim has one of the best track records in dealing with property and helping everyone he is involved with to achieve what they want whether selling, renting or buying. This has resulted in several high-profile awards such as the worldwide Centurion Producer Award which recognises and rewards the exceptional achievements of an Estate Agent within the world’s largest Estate Agency CENTURY 21. “To achieve CENTURION status is to earn one of the most prestigious awards of which only a small number of sales professionals in the world ever reach.”

Jim is also one of the first, if not the first in Scotland to pass the Chartered Institute of Housing’s LETWELL qualification and was recently congratulated personally by the Minister for Housing, MSP Kevin Stewart. (Photo shows Jim being congratualted by Kevin Strewart)

As well as this his team has also won Fife’s best letting agency 8 times in conjunction with the UK’s ESTAS which is voted for by his landlords and won Fife’s best sales agency in 2018. (Photo shows Jim being congratualted by Phil Spencer)

So what does Jim do in his spare time?

Jim is a Triathlete, Ultra runner and practices the martial art of Kendo. Plus volunters as a wish visitor for Make a Wish UK.
