Jim Parker has been shortlisted in THE PEOPLE AWARDS category at this years’ ESTAS, the biggest award scheme in the UK residential property industry.
Jim Parker has been recognised for his outstanding customer service to clients by the largest and longest running award scheme in the UK residential property industry. The ESTAS sponsored by Zoopla determines the best agents, brokers and suppliers in the property industry through research carried out amongst customers who are asked a series of questions about the service they have received. This years’ competition saw 36,000 surveys completed.
The People Awards category is a special category which puts the spotlight on individual staff who have consistently gone the extra mile to help clients. Just twenty-five individuals have made the shortlist.
“This is a very special category to receive a nomination for.” said Simon Brown, Founder of The ESTAS “The People Awards highlight the fact that the estate & letting agent industry is a people business and always will be. Nearly 4,000 staff were eligible and only twenty-five made the final shortlist. Five of the nominees will be presented with a ‘Highly Commended’ People Award trophy at The ESTAS”.
Location, Location presenter Phil Spencer, who will host his 15th annual ESTAS Awards said “The perfect customer experience can only be achieved through human interaction so The People Awards really encapsulates what The ESTAS is all about. To make the shortlist is a significant achievement for any of the final 25.”
